Flow
My project "Flow", explores the dynamic relationship between the human brain and human perception through photography. Using water and my photography dials as a metaphor to portray how our environment and brain dictate how we see things differently.
Water, with its ever-changing form and motion, serves as a metaphor for the multifaceted nature
of human experience. I photographed the myriad ways in which water moves, shifts, and interacts with its surroundings. High-speed shots freeze moments of splendour, to show the intricate details of droplets, bubbles and splashes, while long exposures blur the boundaries between reality and abstraction, and convey a sense of fluidity and movement.
These images serve as a reminder for us as humans to reflect as each scene offers an introspection into the human psyche.
"Flow" is not just about water; it's about how the human mind plays using water and my shutter to show interactions, perceptions, and emotions. It explores the profound ways in which our mind shapes our physical and emotional landscapes.
"Flow" is a wake-up call for us to dive into the depths of our collective consciousness, explore the ebb and flow of human experience, and discover the beauty and complexity of our relationship with the world around us.
